Key Features and How to Use:
- Upload PDF:
- Click the “Drop PDF here or click to browse” area or drag and drop a PDF file onto it.
- The PDF will load and display in the viewer.
- Draw Signature:
- Use the canvas in the “Draw Signature” section to draw your signature.
- Select a color and adjust the brush size.
- Click “Clear” to erase your drawing.
- Click “Add to PDF” to place the drawn signature on the current PDF page.
- Text Signature:
- Type your name or desired text in the “Signature Text” input.
- Choose from various font families (Dancing Script, Great Vibes, Pacifico, Arial, Times New Roman).
- Adjust the font size using the slider.
- Click “Add Text Signature” to add it to the PDF.
- Date & Time:
- Select your preferred date format.
- Check “Include Time” if you want the current time to be added.
- Click “Add Date/Time” to place it on the PDF.
- Text Box:
- Enter any custom text you need in the “Text” area.
- Click “Add Text Box” to add it to the PDF.
- Quick Templates:
- Click on pre-defined templates like “APPROVED,” “REVIEWED,” “CONFIDENTIAL,” or “DRAFT” to quickly add them as stamps.
- Manipulate Signatures:
- Once a signature is on the PDF, you can click and drag it to reposition it.
- Click on a signature to select it (it will get a red dashed border).
- A small ‘x’ button will appear on the top right of the selected signature; click it to delete the signature.
- PDF Navigation & Zoom:
- Use the “Page” controls to navigate between PDF pages.
- Use the “Zoom” controls to zoom in and out of the PDF.
- Download & Clear:
- Click “Download Signed PDF” to save the PDF with all your added signatures.
- Click “Clear All Signatures” to remove all signatures from the current PDF (a confirmation will appear).
- Keyboard Shortcuts:
Ctrl + S
(Windows/Linux) orCmd + S
(Mac): Download the signed PDF.Ctrl + Z
(Windows/Linux) orCmd + Z
(Mac): Undo (removes the last added signature).Delete
key: Deletes the currently selected signature element.
